  • Hires and supervise production staff, recruits and trains the volunteer staff and exercises responsible stewardship of all resources within the organization and collaborates with the Artistic Director to ensure the optimum balance of artistic quality, financial strength, and institutional integrity


  • Work with staff to plan and implement audience development activities including marketing strategies, public relations and promotional events for season and single ticket sales campaigns, as well as seasonal, production and program sponsorships.


  • Works with the Board and Development Manager to strategize fundraising activities of the company, including individual gifts, Board gifts, special events, corporate giving, government support and foundation grants.


  • Work with the Artistic Director, Board and staff to create and execute long-term marketing and fundraising strategies that will sustain the fiscal and operational health of the company.


  • Primary staff liaison to the Board of Trustees and assist the Board’s leaders as appropriate with the recruitment, education and development of Board members and works closely with Board committees to engage the members in the service of the company.


  • Advance the relationship between the company and various local and regional organizations, including government agencies and advocacy groups, community and local business groups and arts organizations. 


  • Present the public face of Atlantic City Ballet and speaks to private and public organizations and to the press.


  • Oversee the fiscal integrity of the company and actively cultivate relationships with corporate and community organizations, 


  • Hire and manage staff, oversee the company’s public image, and supervise the logistics, promotion and organization of all public performances. 


  • Work in partnership with the Artistic Director, as the ballet’s executive team, to manage and produce the company’s programming


  • Build, nurture and sustain the company to achieve its Mission. 


  • Work with the Artistic Director to develop audience development and earned income including marketing strategies, online presence, postcards/brochures, public relations, and promotional events. 


  • Assemble all essential documents for P1 and student visas. PDSO for SEVIS.

  • Developed and implemented successful online marketing, multimedia and audience development campaigns that reinforce the organization’s branding standards and strategic objectives.

  • Developed and implemented social media campaigns across a range of platforms, including Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, Google+, Instagram -- to grow AC Ballet’s online network.

  • Created engaging content for AC Ballet’s website including shooting, editing and posting videos and photos.

  • Edit, designed and scheduled outbound email marketing campaigns and internal newsletters.

  • Tracked performance, analyzed and reported statistics for paid and organic social media campaigns.

  • Researched and recommended best practices and new platforms for online marketing.

  • Designed, deployed and evaluated audience surveys and market research.

  • Managed and updated online calendars and event listings.

  • Attended functions, events and performances to provide support as needed.

  • Designed all marketing materials including brochures and ads
